At Qtents, all our stretch tents, sunshades, customs and festival tents are produced at our location in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. Our sailcloth tents are manufactured at our second production facility in Romania. By keeping production in-house, we are able to work quickly and flexibly while maintaining uncompromising quality.

The standard colors available depend on the type of tent.
Our stretch tents and sunshades are available in the following beautiful colors: sand, taupe, platinum grey, black, white, and red.
Our sailcloth tents are available in the elegant colour ivory.
Our festival tents are available in the following bright colors: orange, blue, sand, red, white, and black.

Our tents are made from high-quality materials that meet the highest standards. The fabric is fully waterproof, fire-resistant, and equipped with a UV filter. Depending on the tent type, they can even withstand wind force 8-9.
To ensure durability, the tent fabric is treated with a special top coating that prevents discoloration and loss of quality. At Qtents, we go the extra mile to protect your investment. The tent fabrics have a special coating on both the inside and outside, preventing the growth of algae and mold. This ensures a beautifully maintained appearance of your tent year after year. At Qtents, we offer flexibility in choosing the right pole system for your tent, combining strength, durability, and aesthetics. Each tent type is designed with carefully selected materials to ensure the perfect balance between performance and appearance.
For our stretch tents and sunshades, we use strong and natural chestnut wooden poles as standard, creating a warm and authentic look. If preferred, high-quality aluminium poles are also available as an optional alternative for a more modern and modular setup. For permanent or semi-permanent stretch tent installations, we also offer fixed pole systems made from black-coated steel, specifically designed for long-term stability and a sleek, professional finish.
Our sailcloth tents are equipped with premium GL poles (glue-laminated timber poles). Instead of using a single piece of solid wood, GL poles are manufactured by combining smaller wooden sections using an advanced bonding technique. This process creates an exceptionally strong and stable construction while also making efficient use of wood materials, resulting in a more sustainable product. The result is a beautiful, high-performance pole system with outstanding durability and an elegant appearance that perfectly complements the sailcloth tent design.
For a safe and stable setup of our tents, a minimum clearance of 1.5 meters is required all around. This space is essential for placing anchors, attaching ropes, and creating sufficient tension. Ensuring this distance ensures a sturdy structure and provides peace of mind during your event.
At Qtents, we proudly guarantee that all our tent solutions remain waterproof, thanks to the special coating and unique seam seals. Qtents tents are UV resistant, depending on the tent type up to UV index 9. A special top coating prevents the fabric from discolouration or deteriorating in quality. Please find the specifications per tent type at the productpage.

At Qtents, we offer the option to fully colour print the fabric on the inside of our stretch tents and sunshades. Please note that this option is only available for our stretch fabric products, meaning the inside of the fabric used for stretch tents, sunshades and festival tents can be fully customised with your design. The lifespan of a Qtents tent depends on several factors, including the type of tent, the fabric material, how frequently it is used and the level of maintenance it receives. Environmental conditions also play an important role. For example, a tent that remains installed year-round will experience different wear compared to a tent that is occasionally used for events or one that is regularly assembled and dismantled for rental purposes.
Proper maintenance, correct storage and adherence to the recommended usage guidelines can significantly extend the lifespan of your tent. Regular cleaning and inspections help maintain both the appearance and performance of the fabric and structure.
Because every application is different, we do not specify a fixed lifespan per product. In general, however, we aim for a lifespan of 5 to 15 years across our tent range. This is achieved through the use of high-quality materials, durable fabric solutions and skilled in-house craftsmanship.

Under normal use, following the provided instructions, you can expect our stretch and sailcloth tents to have a lifespan of 7-13 years (3-7 years for the light version of the stretch tent). For our festival tents, the lifespan extends up to 7-15 years.

Of course, you can always collect your Qtent. You can pick it up at our factory in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. We will get the order ready for you so you can load it into your vehicle. If necessary, our staff will be on hand to help with a forklift truck.
Qtents tents are bespoke, made-to-order products and therefore cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
Production only starts after the order has been approved by the customer and payment has been received. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing all order details before giving final approval.

Qtents tents are manufactured in the Netherlands and shipped worldwide. Through our trusted logistics partners, we deliver our products to customers on every continent.

We work with several shipping partners; the shipping rates depend on the location to which the order is to be shipped. Moreover, the size of the order can affect the shipping costs. The shipping costs are also influenced by the means of shipping: our products are shipped by road, by sea and by air.
A tent from Qtents is a bespoke product; you cannot return our products. Once an order is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or returned.

No, it is not possible to pay in installments. All Qtents products must be paid in full before production starts.
Once full payment has been received, your order will be scheduled for production. As our products are custom-made, no products can leave our warehouse until the order has been paid 100% in full.
Yes, Qtents offers professional repair services for damaged tents. To ensure a proper assessment, every repair request is first reviewed by our team. Repairs are subject to inspection and must meet specific conditions depending on the type of damage, fabric and construction.
To help us evaluate your request, we kindly ask you to send clear photos of the damage to sales@qtents.com, ideally including close-ups and an overview of the affected area. If possible, please also include information about the tent type and how the damage occurred. Based on this information, our specialists will determine whether a repair is possible and which solution is most suitable.
After evaluation, we will contact you with the available repair options and the expected costs.
Please note that we only repair original Qtents products that meet our repair specifications. Tents from other suppliers or manufacturers cannot be serviced or repaired by Qtents.
Setting up and dismantling a tent can be a time-consuming task. Therefore, we offer a service to set up and/or dismantle the tent at your desired location. Our experienced team is ready to assist you and ensure that everything is done professionally and efficiently.
Additionally, we also offer the option to store your tent during the winter season. This way, you don't have to worry about storage and maintenance when the tent is not in use.
