The programme is intended for professional companies in the events, hospitality, and tent industries that:
- Want to rent and/or sell Qtents products
- Value quality and brand experience
- Are willing to invest in a sustainable partnership
Both existing businesses and new entrants can apply.
Within the partner programme, we work with three partner roles:
- Rental Partner – focused on rental
- Sales (Reseller) Partner – focused on sales
- Combined Partner – a combination of rental and sales
Each role has its own criteria and expectations, tailored to real-world application.
The levels indicate how far a partner has developed within the Qtents collaboration:
- Nomad – entry level for new or starting partners
- Explorer – actively operating partners with proven quality
- Ambassador – strategic partners who actively represent Qtents
Partners can progress as the cooperation develops.
Partners are evaluated based on objective criteria such as:
- Activity and experience with Qtents
- Quality of execution
- Cooperation and communication
- Brand representation
The evaluation is carried out internally using a structured scoring model.
The programme is not standardly exclusive. For Ambassador partners, exclusivity (or preferential positioning) may be part of the agreement, depending on role, region, and market position. This is always determined in consultation.
Depending on the level, Qtents provides support in areas such as:
- Product knowledge and guidance
- Marketing and visibility
- Lead follow-up and cooperation
- Feedback and product development
The programme is focused on mutual growth.
Your starting level within the Qtents Partner Programme is determined based on your company, experience, ambitions, and market position. This is always discussed together.
New partners do not automatically start at the same level. In some cases, it is possible to start directly as an Explorer or Ambassador if this fits the intended collaboration.
